Peter H. Thomas, Chairman
Peter is the Founder and Chairman of LifePilot, a B.C. based not-for-profit organization established in 2002, which seeks to empower people to live fulfilling, balanced lives and to realize their highest personal potential (www.lifepilot.org). He was also the Founder and Chairman of Century 21 Real Estate Canada Ltd., and the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Samoth Capital Corporation. Peter has led numerous other significant ventures, including Mystic Tan Canada, and the year 2000 development of the Four Seasons Resort and Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona, facilitated through his US Real Estate Company, Thomas Pride International.

Peter is Chairman Emeritus of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO, www.eonetwork.org), Founder & Chairman of the Todd Thomas Institute of Values-Based Leadership at Royal Roads University, and Chairman of the Thomas Foundation, a privately endowed Canadian foundation established in 1990, which focuses on children, mental health, and education.

Rita Thomas
Rita Thomas, Executive Director
Rita Thomas is Executive Director of the Thomas Foundation, a charitable organization established in 1990 that focuses on the needs of children. Rita has held positions in office management, real estate para-legal and personnel consulting. She studied at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, and the University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University in Vancouver.

With her passion for health and fitness, Rita co-authored LifeDiet, a simple guide to healthy eating (www.lifediet.com).

He is sought the world over for his expertise and serves as a consultant to some of the world's greatest collectors of rare and exotic jewels and is the department head of Molina Fine Jewelers.
Bennett Dorrance
Bennett Dorrance
Bennett Dorrance is a Managing Director of DMB and is involved in all major acquisition, disposition, financing and development activities for its real estate portfolio. In addition he directs DMB's health club operations for the Metro Athletic Club, the Arizona Athletic Club, the Village Racquet & Health Club and the Gainey Village Health Club and Spa. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Campbell Soup Company, Camden, New Jersey and Bank One, Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Dorrance is a graduate of the University of Arizona and has been in a number of professional and community organizations, including the Desert Botanical Garden, Arizona Community Foundation and the Thunderbird Graduate School.
Stephen D. Mittenthal
Stephen D. Mittenthal
Stephen Mittenthal is president and executive director of the Phoenix-based Arizona Community Foundation, a position he has held since 1983. Prior to that, Mr. Mittenthal was deputy manager for the Weyerhaeuser Company Foundation in Tacoma, Washington. He also worked for the Pacific Northwest Regional Commission and earlier with a human services research firm in Wellesley, Massachusetts and the Florence Heller School at Brandeis University. Mr. Mittenthal holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University in Urban Planning. He earned an M.P.A. from Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, an M.A. in History from Columbia and has his B.A. in History from Yale.
